Dear Kindergarten Families,

Words can't begin to express just how much I appreciate your care and support during the most difficult time in my life! I am blessed to have so an amazing Kindergarten community! I'm so happy for you to have such a special group of families to grow with for the next 12 years! Thank you for the beautiful care basket!I am truly touched! It was so thoughtful and I appreciate it very much! It's great to be back with my wonderful children! They're the best medicine!:)


On Monday, we will begin our unit on "Weather and Clouds". We will talk about the different types of clouds including cirrus, fog, and stratus. Your child will make an adorable cloud book which will be displayed on Open House.


Words of the Week:  "come"


In math, we will continue working on "teen numbers" and counting the "Ten Way". We will also work on number writing and do a word problem mid-week.
 
Keep an eye out for the packet of information about our field trip to Live Earth Farm.  It will be sent home on Monday.  If you're planning on driving, please confirm with the office that your paperwork is current.  

As a reminder,  please have your child's homework folder in their backpack every day so important information such as field trip forms, fundraiser packets, and take-home books don't get misplaced.
